Today in my pigeonhole at work I found a little package waiting for me from Katie!

What could be inside this petit paquet import?

A pretty seashell, tasty candy (yes I already ate it), a note and a panda!

Introducing Mr. Panda.

So how is Mr. Panda adjusting to life in France? Well as you can see above, he is already a very chic dresser.

"Regular water?" he says. "No, give me some of that sparkling French stuff."

Mr. Panda enjoys the glow of traditional Vendéen curtains.

"Why so many traffic circles?" Mr. Panda wonders. But he quickly learns to love traffic circles, like all good Europeans.

Mr. Panda holds critical doubts about Sarkozy's 2011 government reforms. "Damn that Sarkozy!" he says, like all good French people.

But Mr.Panda can't hide his American ways forever, and overindulges on regional wine.

A fascinator!! It is absolutely beauteeful. Erin made it from things she found on a beach since there are no Michael's in France (and it's all the better for it). Thank you for your hobo craft, and for your consideration in cleaning it first :D

 

I think the color goes super well with my hair. Can't wait to wear this in a bunch of different ways! While I didn't list vanity and my hair as some of my main interests, it's like you just knew, and you performed your craft duty with excellence.  Also, the golden pizza on top of that... amazing. Love my lil shells too.

I got a lovely package from Lindsay last week, but due to rain (= unmotivation on my part), the holidays and laziness, I haven't posted it until now.

A beautiful scarf, which will be perfect when I go back to New York and it's FREEZING. And what a lovely purple color too. Definitely need a pop of color during the winter.

I got a box in the mail from Briana! Woooo!
It's a really cute box covered with a text collage.
But it gets better! There were things inside the box!
What could that be? A tiny beret?
No! A crochet jellyfish! Which I hung up in my room.
And more! A matching jellyfish cookie cutter!
I haven't used it yet but gingerbread jellyfish is just too amazing of an idea to pass up. Getting on that soon.
